RETURNS
- We have a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Due to the nature of our products, particularly crystals and gemstones, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will gladly assist with any issues related to damaged or faulty items.
- To avoid any misunderstandings and changed minds, please review product descriptions carefully, including size, colour, and material information.
- Please note that crystals are natural products and may exhibit slight variations in colour, size, and texture. Minor imperfections are normal and do not affect the product's quality or energy.
- As crystals are a natural and organic product, some wear and tear might become apparent after long-term use, especially if exposed to light, moisture or physical damage. This does not mean an item is faulty.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please be aware that certain items, such as personalised jewellery, cannot be returned due to their custom nature. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that are intimate or sanitary, such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings).
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you via email or direct message of its status. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you opt for a cash refund, the funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.
